Morris' Options Trading Style
As a stock and options trader for the
last 10 Years, Morris has gained experience in many different
types of trading...from active day-trading techniques to researching
penny stocks to advanced option spreads. However, options
is where he found his home and most consistent returns, so
he has developed his expertise over the last 5 years by trading
full-time in this arena. Morris's motto is Max Safety
: Max Reward, and his strategies are just that.
As an instructor at San Jose Options, Inc.
Morris focuses on Index Options, the RUT and SPX, and also
has a gift for developing high yielding, low risk, earnings
plays. Furthermore, Morris has developed an iron condor
strategy which is 10x safer to trade than the traditionally
taught iron condor spreads in other option courses.
By being a full-time options trader himself, Morris is constantly
developing better and safer trading techniques to better his
own trading as well as the students'.
“I like to use the indexes
for diversification as well as the ability to trade them without
worries of getting exercised. Also, we don’t need to
worry about earnings with Indexes, so we can trade them nearly
every single month. Both the RUT and SPX back tested well,
so I began using them in my real trading and grew to really
like them. I trade them each month and teach my students exactly
what I do by making videos of my real trades as well as my
back-trading. I find this is the best way for any option's
enthusiast to learn how to trade options. I had great success
last year and expect to have the same level of success or
better this year too.
Recently, I've developed an Iron
Condor strategy which is proving to be at least 10x safer
than what is being taught in other courses. I always
felt the traditionally taught Iron Condor was not the best
way, so I put many hours into researching this trade, and
I can now say that I have a much safer and more consistent
way to trade this strategy than is being taught by anyone
else. The traditional Iron Condor is actually one of
the riskiest trades one can do, and anyone who trades this
strategy each month will soon wipe out his/her account.
Another new options strategy I
am working with is called the 'Paper Airplane.' This
is a conservative, yet high yielding earnings play.
It's been backtesting with a very high probability, and we
are already putting it to work. We are 3 for 3 so far
(44%, 15% and 10%). One of my students made 85% overnight
with this strategy last week on PCLN. I have a few other
strategies that I love and am very excited to be presenting
to my students. I truly believe that I have the safest
and best yielding strategies being taught on the market today.
Overall, I am very excited about
my Options Mentoring Course. I really believe my course
is one of the top courses on the market already. My
students are learning fast, sharing ideas, and our community
is really beginning to grow. I am very excited to get
my first group of students working in my graduate program
where we'll be developing some of the best option traders
in the world. I have a very innovative teaching plan,
and it's an incredible feeling to see it working right in
front of my own eyes.”
